1. You must mail in your certificate along with your order in order to redeem your certificates.  We cannot be responsible for lost certificates.
2. Orders must be completed on the order form and postmarked by 10/20 OR you may choose your award at the UBRA Barrel Bonanza Nov 12 or Nov 13.  We will have a few additional products at the Barrel Bonanza that are not available online.  (if you do not see anything online that you want you may want to gamble that we will have something at the Barrel Bonanza that you want)
3. Awards Chosen at the UBRA Barrel Bonanza must be choosen by noon on 11/13.
4. All Awards will be presented at the UBRA Awards Ceremony 11/13 following the barrel race.  If you cannot attend and cannot arrange for someone to pick up your award you may pay $10 in shipping and handling to have your award shipped to you. (saddles are $35) Awards will not be shipped prior to 11/15/04.
5. All Awards are subject to availability and are first come, first served.
6. Certificates can be redeemed from in stock items until 11/13/04. All Certificates Expire 11/13/04 and are no longer redeemable.
7. AWARDS WILL NOT ship until AFTER 11/15/04
8. You will NOT be contacted or reminded to turn in your order.  It is up to you to send in form and it is advised that you call or email to confirm receipt.  Jessica will email confirmation to anyone who supplies email with your order.
9. In the event a member does not turn in an order awards will be forfeited
