Membership Term & Fees: Open Combination Membership Fees are $70/person and Youth, Futurity & DerbyMembership Fees are $50/person. Pee Wee memberships are $30 per person. ($30 for each additional family member or division, Must be 17 & under/spouse for family membership.) Membership is effective for the the 2012 point season (10/1/11-12/31/12) and the 2013 season (1/1/13-12/31/13) and will expire on 12/31/13. There are NO REFUNDS for any reason. Membership entitles you to accumulate points for year-end standings, and qualify for year-end finals as well as earn shopping spree dollars and awards throughout the year INCLUDING the UBRA Tour Events, JJ Classic and UBRA World .
Youth = 17 & under as of 1/1/13. Pee Wee = 8 and under as of 1/1/13.
I hereby agree to make it my responsibility to know and abide by the rules at any and all UBRA Certified Shows. I understand that not knowing the rules IS NOT an acceptable excuse for disobeying the rules. I expressly waive and release any and all claims for personal injury or any other claim which I may have now or in the future against UBRA, its officers, directors, promoters, staff arising out or in connection with my affiliation with the association or my participation in UBRA certified events.
Disclaimer of Liability I hereby request membership with the United Barrel Racing Association LLC aka UBRA. I agree to release and hold harmless The UBRA, arena owners, event promoters, sponsors, and any person connected with UBRA produced and endorsed events from losses, damages, or injury to me, my equipment, and/or my animals resulting in my attendance or participation in any UBRA produced or endorsed event. United Barrel Racing Association assumes no liability to those who have not read these conditions and having not read these conditions, they are still held to their contents.
