Rules:
$10 late fee for each payment not RECEIVED by payment schedule date.
Payout will be reduced if there is over half the required entries for each slot race.
If there are less than half the required limit - the slot race will be cancelled.
Slots can be sold if horse/rider cannot compete.
The event staff reserves the right to refuse or disqualify any entry due to unsportsmanship or unsafe conduct.
No REFUNDS.
