If you are not the owner listed on the papers, the OWNER must sign.  NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON. Horse substitutions allowed until Sept 13 at 8:30am, 2008 with $25 sub fee. $10 late fee for payments. $25 late/on site fee for onsite entries.
